Return Policy

Items returned MUST be sent back is the exact condition as when received. Items must be unworn and with original tags.
We do not accept no responsibility for items once received by you. We therefore strongly suggest using a tracked service for returns. All returns costs must be covered by the customer.
This form MUST be included within your returned parcel.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Items must be returned via "Royal Mail" courier service.
